By accessing or using TrainexAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Use of Service
TrainexAI is a fitness and wellness platform designed to help users track workouts, monitor nutrition, and achieve their fitness goals. The Service is intended for informational and motivational purposes only. TrainexAI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or diet program. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TrainexAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription & Payments
TrainexAI offers subscription plans (Basic, Premium, Pro) with monthly billing. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@trainexai.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. AI Features
TrainexAI uses artificial intelligence to provide features including webcam-based exercise coaching, personalized diet plans, and fitness analytics. These AI-powered features are provided for informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. AI coaching suggestions should not replace professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Webcam data is processed locally where possible and is not stored on our servers without your explicit consent.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service; (f) impersonate any person or entity; or (g) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
8. Termination
TrainexAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support@trainexai.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TrainexAI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrainexAI disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
